  刘峰,男,博士,中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士生导师,基金委“国家杰出青年科学基金”获得者,科技部“中青年科技创新领军人才”,中国科学院“百人计划”引进人才、终期评估优秀。
  1999年,在中国科学院遗传所获分子遗传学博士学位;随后,在新加坡期间(2000-2002年),首次建立了斑马鱼cDNA芯片并成功将其应用于筛选早期发育特异性的基因,其中Lysozyme C已成为斑马鱼髓系细胞最常用的分子标记之一;在美国和英国期间(2003-2008年),工作主要集中在斑马鱼造血干细胞的起源、心血管发育及其分子调控网络的研究;在牛津大学的研究工作系统阐明了斑马鱼基因组中整个ETS转录因子家族各个成员的时空表达图谱,发现Fli1是调控血液和内皮细胞发育分化的主控基因,该因子和Erg协同调节血管内皮细胞连接因子ve-cadherin表达从而控制血管生成;此外,血液和血管发生的另一个主控因子Etsrp通过调节flk1pu.1表达,进而既调控内皮细胞分化又控制髓细胞的发育。2009年入选中国科学院动物研究所“百人计划”并在膜生物学国家重点实验室建立血液和心血管发育实验室。课题组围绕“造血干细胞产生及分化”这个科学问题,利用斑马鱼和小鼠为研究模型,运用多种实验手段,从多角度、多层次解析造血干细胞命运决定及定向分化的调控机制。刘峰博士在国际核心期刊发表多篇学术论文,包括:PNASBloodDev CellNat CommunCurr BiolCir ResCell Res、DevelopmentCurr Opin Hematol等。目前担任国际实验血液学会(ISEH)会员管理委员会委员、中国动物学会发育生物学专业委员会副主任委员兼任秘书长、中国国家斑马鱼资源中心(CZRC)理事会理事。
