  孙青原,男,1964年12月出生于山东省招远市。中国科学院动物研究所特聘研究员,中国科学院大学岗位教授,国家杰出青年基金获得者,“973”项目首席科学家,中国科学院“百人计划”和新世纪百千万人才工程国家级人选。1994年毕业于东北农业大学,获动物胚胎学理学博士学位。1996年-2001年在中国科学院动物研究所、以色列巴伊兰大学、美国密苏里大学、日本农林水产省畜产试验场、日本农业生物资源研究所等从事博士后或合作研究。1996年和1998年分别被晋升为副研究员、研究员。
  目前兼任中国动物学会副理事长、生殖生物学分会理事长、中国解剖学会发育生物学分会副主任委员等。曾担任计划生育生殖生物学国家重点实验室主任、中国动物学会细胞与分子显微技术分会理事长、第六届国务院学位委员会生物学组成员等。长期从事卵子发育、成熟、受精、早期胚胎发育、动物克隆及生殖发育的表观遗传学研究,在Science、Cell、PNAS、Nat Comm、PLoS Genet、Development、EHP、J Cell Sci、JBC、MBC、Hum Reprod、Fertil Steril、Biol Reprod 等杂志发表SCI论文332篇,受邀为领域知名期刊如Mol Aspect Med、Hum Reprod Update、Autophagy、Semin Cell Develop Biol、Mol Endocinol、Cell Cycle、Mol Hum Reprod、Biol Reprod等撰写综述。2014、2015年入选爱思唯尔(Elsevier)中国高被引学者榜单(生化、遗传与分子生物学领域)。近5年来担任Biology of Reproduction、Molecular Human Reproduction、Molecular Reproduction and Development、Scientific Reports、Cell Cycle、Reproduction Fertility and Development、Journal of Genetics and Genomics、Journal of Reproduction and Development等15个SCI期刊副主编或编委。曾获全国优秀博士后、中国科学院青年科学家奖、中国科学院杰出青年、国家留学回国人员成就奖、中国青年科技奖、“十一五”国家科技计划执行突出贡献奖等荣誉和国家自然科学二等奖1项、省部级一等奖3项、全国妇幼健康科技奖自然科学一等奖等。
