简历介绍:

  胡义波,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师。

  2002年于河南师范大学获得学士学位,2005年于浙江大学获得硕士学位,2008年于中国科学院动物研究所获得博士学位;2008年至2011年在中国科学院动物研究所开展博士后研究;2011年至2019年,在中国科学院动物研究所工作,历任助理研究员、副研究员、创新研究员;2019年2月晋升为研究员。2014年2-8月在加州大学洛杉矶分校从事访问学者研究;2018年入选中国科学院动物进化与遗传前沿交叉卓越创新中心。2018年获得国家基金委优秀青年基金项目资助;2019年获得国家自然科学奖二等奖(排名第三);2020年入选为中国科学院青年创新促进会优秀会员。

  胡义波研究员长期从事大熊猫、小熊猫、扭角羚、雪豹等濒危哺乳动物的保护遗传学、适应性演化和基因组学研究,围绕趋同演化、协同演化和染色体演化,遗传多样性的时空格局和濒危历史等科学问题展开深入研究,相关论文以通讯作者/第一作者/共同第一作者身份发表在PNAS、Science Advances、Genome Biology、Molecular Biology and Evolution、Nature Communications、Molecular Ecology、Ecology等国际重要学术期刊上,并得到了国际同行和科学媒体的广泛关注和报道。迄今已在国内外重要学术刊物发表学术论文70多篇。

研究领域:

  食肉目演化保护基因组学研究:重点研究猫科濒危旗舰物种演化的过去、现在与未来,阐明其濒危和适应策略的遗传学机制,为其有效保护提供科学依据,服务我国濒危物种和生物多样性保护战略。

  哺乳动物重要性状演化的分子机制解析:应用多组学、演化生物学和分子生物学等新技术方法,阐明哺乳动物重要性状演化的分子机制,丰富演化生物学理论和物种多样性形成的机制性认识。

  脊椎动物遗传多样性评估和空间格局:应用大数据分析、基因组多样性评估等方法,开展脊椎动物类群遗传多样性评估和空间格局解析,识别遗传多样性丰富的类群和贫乏的类群,提出优先保护对策,服务国家生物多样性保护和国际履约需求。
