简历介绍:

  张晓明,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师;中国科学院动物研究所昆虫作物互作研究组组长。国家自然科学基金委“优秀青年基金”项目获得者。

  2001年在南开大学获得学士学位。2007年于北京大学获得博士学位。2008-2014年在加州大学河滨分校进行博士后研究。

  聚焦非编码RNA在机体抗性反应中的作用以及细胞器互作对机体抗性反应的意义;从分子生物学、细胞生物学和组学水平上深入解析病原、宿主和虫媒的相互作用;解析机体病毒互作过程中,蛋白质相变介导的与RNA沉默相关的无膜细胞器的发生动态平衡机制,以及这些无膜细胞器对RNA沉默抗性机制发生和病毒增殖的关键调控功能;阐释lncRNA在在作物抗病虫中的作物-病毒互作中的调控功能和作用机制以及非编码RNA在植物抗病虫中的调控网络。相关研究结果在Molecular Cell、Science AdvancesGenome BiologyNat Communcations等期刊发表。
