简历介绍:
2002年毕业于兰州大学生物基地班获学士学位,2007年毕业于中国科学院生物物理研究所获博士学位,2007-2012年间分别在美国圣迭戈Sanford-Burnham医学研究所以及Salk生物学研究所进行博士后研究,2014年加入中科院动物研究所成立干细胞与衰老研究课题组。
承担国家杰出青年基金项目“衰老与再生”(项目负责人),承担国家重点研发计划“灵长类增龄相关健康状态减损的生物学基础”项目(首席科学家)、国家自然科学基金重大研究计划“器官衰老与器官退行性变化的机制”重点支持项目(项目负责人)、中科院“王宽诚率先人才计划卢嘉锡国际团队衰老与再生调控团队”项目(项目负责人),作为项目骨干加入国家自然科学基金“衰老机制及调控”创新群体。
作为主要贡献人获中国科学院杰出科技成就奖,及中华医学科学技术奖等奖项。担任中国科学院大学存济医学院医学发育生物学首席教授,中国生物物理学会衰老生物学分会副会长、以及PLoS Biology, Cell Proliferation, Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology, Zoological Research, The Innovation等杂志编委会成员。研究工作以通讯和第一(包括共同)作者共发表Cell(2篇),Nature(2篇),Science等在内SCI论文84篇;获授权发明专利29项,包括PCT 2项;部分工作入选“国家十三五科技创新成就展”基础研究重大成果,中国科学十大进展, 中国生命科学十大进展(2次)。
研究领域:
关注人类衰老及退行性疾病发生发展过程中,组织乃至细胞特异的生理或病理变化,发现器官退行或病变的标志物,系统解析驱动因素,发现延缓器官失稳,促进原位再生的关键基因或候选小分子,发展干预人类器官退变的有效手段。
