简历介绍:

  分布生态学(Distributional ecology)是以物种的分布数据为基础进行科学研究的一类研究方向的统称。当前热门的研究领域如气候变化对物种的影响、历史环境变化与生物进化与多样性的关系、外来物种的入侵风险分析以及流行病的潜在传播区域等均与分布生态学紧密相关。
  主要从事分布生态学理论与方法学的基础性研究。在梳理了本领域的数据分析与建模全过程后,在领域内上首次系统的提出了其存在的生态位的基本概念含糊、模型选择盲目、评价指标单一以及有偏差小样本数据处理困难等诸多问题(Qiao, et.al. 2015. Methods Ecol. Evol.);针对这些问题,我们逐一提出解决方案,阐明了相关概念(Qiao*, et.al. 2016. Glob. Ecol. Biogeogr.),提出规范的数据分析与建模流程(Qiao, et.al. 2017a. Sci Rep)、用于解决小样本的模型算法(Qiao, et.al. 2015. Sci Rep)和多种提高模型准确率的方案(Qiao, et.al. 2017. Methods Ecol. Evol.;Qiao, et.al. 2018. Ecography);将方法学的研究结果应用在气候变化对物种保护的影响(Escobar, et.al. Qiao*. 2018. Ecol. Evol.)、历史环境变化与生物进化与多样性的关系(Qiao, et.al. 2016. Am. Nat.)、外来物种的入侵风险分析(Qiao, et.al. 2017b. Sci Rep)以及流行病的潜在传播区域(Escobar, et.al. Qiao*. 2016. Parasites Vectors)等多个领域;并基于上述分析方法和案例,编写相关的软件工具(Qiao*, et.al. 2016. Ecography),该工具已经成为相关研究领域日常使用的高频工具之一。
  完成科研论文30多篇,其中SCI论文20多篇,年均引用近200次。为中国地理学会生物地理学专业委员会委员, Methods in Ecology and Evolution编委,为包括EcologyEcology Letters等在内的近二十个国内外杂志审稿。
