彭耀进，中国科学院动物研究所，北京干细胞与再生医学研究院，致一研究员。北京干细胞与再生医学研究院科技伦理研究中心主任、商务法务主任，中国科学院大学存济医学院讲习教授、中国科学院大学人文学院硕士生导师。生命科学学士、法学博士（Maastricht University, Netherlands）；主要研究领域包括生物技术法律与伦理，知识产权与标准，科技政策与管理；研究成果以第一作者或/和通讯作者在Nature Biotechnology (2x), Cell Stem Cell, Protein & Cell, Cell Proliferation等国内外权威学术期刊发表论文20余篇，皆为交叉学科研究成果；曾任欧洲共同法研究院博士研究员、马斯特里赫特大学全球化和国际规则研究所研究员、欧洲知识产权研究机构联盟第17届会议学术团队顾问；曾访问新加坡管理大学（Singapore Management University, SMU）法学院从事研究工作6个月。主持国家级、省部级等项目多项，包括国家重点研发计划专项子课题、中国科学院A类战略性先导科技专项子课题、中国科协“科技治理”年度重点课题等；2021年入选“中国科学院青年创新促进会”，同年被评为中国细胞生物学学会干细胞分会“干细胞社会公益先进个人”。

　　研究兴趣：生命科技领域法律与伦理、知识产权与标准、科技政策与管理等，例如干细胞与再生医学、基因编辑、合成生物学、脑机接口等领域。
