简历:

  李磊,博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院动物研究所分子胚胎发育生物学研究组组长。
  1994年7月中国农业大学生物学院动物生理生化专业本科毕业,2002年3月日本群马大学医学部博士毕业并获得生理学博士。博士毕业后,获得日本学术振兴会(JSPS/Japan)和美国国立卫生研究院(NIH/USA)的资助从事博士后研究。2009年获中国科学院"百人计划"资助,依托“干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室”组建分子胚胎发育生物学研究组。
  长期从事哺乳动物早期胚胎发育分子调控机制研究,发现了多个新的哺乳动物母源效应基因,和哺乳动物母源调控研究新领域的蛋白复合体SCMC(Subcortical maternal complex),围绕SCMC进行的系列工作明显促进了“SCMC是哺乳动物早期胚胎母源调控的重要枢纽”概念的形成。研究结果发表在Dev. Cell、Nat. Commun.、Development等专业期刊上。应邀为Mol. Aspects Med.Development等撰写哺乳动物早期胚胎发育母源调控综述论文。曾获美国国立卫生研究院(NIH)“NIDDK Nancy Nossal Fellowship Award”和“NIH Fellow Award for Research Excellent”等奖励。
  实验室主要以小鼠和干细胞为模型,研究哺乳动物早期胚胎发育和生殖细胞形成的分子机制。目前承担国家重大科学研究计划和国家自然科学基金委等项目。现有博士生7名,硕士生3名。
