  赵同标,男,博士,研究员,博士生导师;干细胞与生殖生物学国家重点实验室干细胞与免疫学研究组组长;中国科学院大学岗位教授。
  2004 年毕业于中科院西高所获博士学位,进入中科院生物物理所博士后流动站从事免疫学研究,2006 年获该所副研究员任职资格;2007 年至2010 年在加州大学圣地亚哥分校做博士后,从事诱导多能干细胞研究,2010 年任该校Assistant Specialist III;2012年入选中组部 “青年千人计划”,加入中科院动物研究所,组建干细胞与免疫学实验室。
  主要从事干细胞免疫和干细胞代谢研究,在iPS免疫原性和干细胞代谢领域做了系统的工作。率先应用完全非整合iPS纯系四倍体补偿小鼠评估了“最理想条件下”iPS分化的组织器官的功能与免疫原性;率先应用人源化小鼠发现人iPS分化过程中免疫原性呈差异性呈递;首次发现小鼠iPS细胞分化的自体同源组织具有免疫原性;首次阐明了自噬在胚胎干细胞线粒体动态平衡调控及干性维持中的关键作用等。在Autophagy、Cell Death Differ、Cell Stem Cell、Nature等国际主流杂志发表多篇论文。iPS免疫原性的发现对于干细胞研究的发展方向具有指导意义,提示干细胞技术临床开发要充分考虑免疫排斥和免疫耐受诱导问题。

研究领域:
  研究组围绕干细胞基础与临床转化研究中的免疫学问题,重点聚焦于以下研究方向:(1)干细胞临床转化的免疫学基础;(2)干细胞命运决定的物质能量代谢基础;(3)多能干细胞的定向分化。
