简历:

  雷富民,男,生于1965年,祖籍陕西省渭南市,博士,研究员,博士生导师;中国科学院大学教授,中国科学院动物研究所动物进化与系统学重点实验室副主任,鸟类学研究组组长。国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者,国家高层次人才计划重点领域创新团队负责人,入选百千万人才工程。

  1994年于中国科学院动物研究所获得博士学位。1996年晋升副研究员,2000年晋升研究员。1998,10 - 2000,2 访问美国华盛顿大学、加州科学院和美国密西根大学。发表论文、论著300篇(部),其中Science, Lancet, National Science Review, PNAS, Nature Communications, Molecular Biology and Evolution, Molecular Ecology, Global Ecology and Biogeography, Diversity and Distribution, Journal of Biogeography等SCI源刊论文160篇。

  1998-2000 美国Michigan大学博士后,导师:Robert B. Payne教授;
  1991-1994 中国科学院动物研究所获博士学位,导师:郑作新院士;
  1987-1990 陕西师范大学获硕士学位,导师:王廷正教授、方荣盛教授;
  1983-1987 陕西师范大学获学士学位,导师:方荣盛教授。

研究领域:

  目前主要从事鸟类系统演化、谱系生物地理、特殊环境适应的比较基因组以及禽流感溯源与病源生态等方面研究。今后的研究重点将集中在探讨:鸟类特有化与多样性生物地理格局的形成与维持机制;鸟类谱系分化与新种形成机制;鸟类适应环境变化的比较基因组及适应性进化机制。

社会任职:

  国际鸟类学家联盟副主席,美国鸟类学会荣誉会员,中国鸟类学会副理事长。目前是Avian Research, Current Zoology, Journal of Biogeography, Journal of Ornithology, Zoological Systematics, Integrative Zoology, Scientific Reports等10个国际学术期刊的副总编、主编、副主编或编委。

获奖及荣誉:
  • 2000年曾获第四届“郑作新鸟类科学青年奖”。
  • 2003年“黑脸琵鹭”获得第9届华表奖。申请者为首席科学家。

  目前主持国家科技部科技基础性工作专项、国家自然科学基金重点项目(2项)、中国科学院先导专项课题以及领域前沿项目等。联合负责推动全球鸟类基因组重大研究(B10K)计划。
