简历介绍:

  伍一军现任中国科学院动物研究所研究员,博士研究生导师,主持分子毒理学实验室,担任研究组组长。中国科学院研究生院/动物研究所获得理学博士学位后赴美国Medical College of Georgia分子医学与遗传学系完成博士后研究(基因调控方向)。先后赴University of Louisiana(1999-2000年)、Oregon Health & Science University(2007-2008年)、Duke University(2010-2011年)、Virginia Commonwealth University(2015-2016年)等高校作为高级研究学者从事学术访问与合作研究。兼任中国科学院研究生院教授、中国科学技术大学博士生导师、中国科学院动物研究所学位委员会委员、国家自然科学基金项目评审专家、教育部学位中心论文评审专家、中国毒理学会生化与分子毒理学专业委员会常务委员、中国毒理学会神经毒理学专业委员会副主任委员、中国环境诱变剂学会环境诱变剂及神经毒理专业委员会常务委员、国家食品药品监督管理局化妆品安全专家委员会委员、北京市预防医学会卫生毒理学专业委员会常务委员、中华医学会《中华劳动卫生职业病杂志》编委、《Scientific Reports》编委、《Insect Science》与《昆虫学报》编委、《实验动物学报》编委、《中国比较医学杂志》通讯编委、《农药学学报》编委。

  专业方向为分子毒理学/分子医学,主要研究领域为神经毒理学、环境毒理学以及药物引起的神经疾病。主要研究兴趣是环境化学物的神经毒性机制;低剂量化学物的慢性毒性机理;化学物的联合多毒性作用及其机制、有机磷引起的迟发性神经毒性的分子机制;神经病靶酯酶的功能与调节等。

  先后主持承担国家自然科学基金项目、中科院生物特别支持项目、国际合作项目、国家863计划项目、国家973计划项目(子课题),中国科学院知识创新工程重大项目(专题)、国家科技支撑计划重大项目、中国科学院先导项目(子课题)等多项课题。近年来,带领分子毒理学实验室团队运用现代生物学技术研究化学物的毒性效应机制以及食品安全中的污染物毒性问题,取得重要进展。使用的模型包括细胞系、原代培养细胞、动物模型等,使用的技术手段和方法包括组学技术、细胞学技术、基因编辑技术、蛋白质相互作用技术、基因编辑技术等。已在国际重要核心学术期刊(SCI源刊)上发表研究论文近100篇。

  已培养毕业博士生和硕士生27人,多人获国家奖学金和中科院奖学金,毕业后赴美留学工作和从事博士后研究。国内就业单位中已有4位博士毕业生晋升为教授/研究员和博士生导师、8人晋升为副教授/副研究员和研究生导师。现有在读博士生5人,硕士生3人。
