简历介绍:

  李明,男,1966年出生,汉族,安徽省宁国市人,理学博士,研究员,博士生导师,中国农工民主党党员。中国科学院动物研究所灵长类生态学研究组组长。
  1988、1991和1996年于安徽大学和华东师范大学分获学士、硕士和博士学位。1999年在中国科学院动物所完成博士后研究工作。1999年至2001年在日本从事谱系生物地理学和保护遗传学的博士后研究,2002年先后受英国皇家学会和日本学术振兴会资助以高级访问学者身份在英国和日本从事合作研究。主要从事灵长类的进化生物学和保护生物学研究。主要从事濒危灵长类保护生物学领域的相关研究。至今已在Nat Genet、Sci Adv、Mol Biol Evol、GigaScience、Mol Ecol、Conserv Biol、Biol Conserv、Curr Biol、Fort Zool、Am J Primatol等期刊发表论文150余篇,其中SCI论文近100篇。目前承担国家基金重点、中德国际合作项目和面上项目,中国科学院A类和B类先导项目专题和子课题,科技部“十三五”国家重点研发计划子课题,国家基金委创新群体项目研究骨干,国家生态环境部和国家林草局相关项目等。
  共培养毕业研究生20余名.目前在读研究生9名,其中博士研究生6名,硕士研究生3名,在站博士后2名。已毕业的研究生目前主要在科学院、高校等从事科研、教学和博士后研究工作。

研究领域:

  主要从事灵长类的进化生物学和保护生物学研究。研究兴趣主要集中在我国濒危灵长类的进化生物学、保护基因组学、行为生态学等方面,探讨其进化历史及其适应性进化,阐明濒危机制,并在此基础上提出相应的保护策略。

社会任职:

  中国动物学会理事、灵长类学分会副理事长,中国生态学会理事、动物生态专业委员会主任委员,北京动物学会常务理事,中国科学院动物研究所学位委员会委员,中国野生动物保护协会野生动物园专业委员会副主任,兽类学报副主编,Integrative Zoology、生物多样性、动物学杂志等编委,国际灵长类学会会员,IUCN灵长类专家组成员。
